We want you to order with confidence. Please contact Speed Racewear before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and confirm eligibility.

Return Eligibility

Eligible standard items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with original packaging, labels and accessories. You must provide proof of purchase and request the return within the applicable consumer-law or communicated return period.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Personalised, customised, made-to-measure, made-to-order or altered products may not be returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied. Hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards and items showing wear, odour, washing, damage or removed labels may also be excluded.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Do not use or repair the item before receiving instructions.

Return Shipping

Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and applicable law. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Unauthorised returns may delay processing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Original delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by law.
